Fresh leaks are giving an early look at Samsung’s next earbuds. As per a new report, alleged official renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro have surfaced online. And from what’s visible so far, Samsung may be sticking with the stem-based design again. If you were expecting a big design change, this could feel a bit underwhelming. Here’s everything that’s been revealed so far.
Note: Since this is based on leaks, final details could change at launch.
Samsung Galaxy Buds 4: Leaked design overview
Going by the leaked images, Samsung appears to be continuing the same stem-style design introduced with the Buds 3 series. The standard Galaxy Buds 4 is expected to feature an open-type fit, meaning it may come without ear tips. In simple terms, it could sit more loosely in the ear—similar to how classic AirPods are worn.
The Galaxy Buds 4 Pro, however, is expected to stick with an in-ear design and include silicone tips. This fit usually helps block outside noise better and supports effective active noise cancellation (ANC).
Charging case details
Leaks also suggest the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro charging case may come with a transparent lid, similar to what was seen in the earlier generation. However, details about the charging case for the standard Galaxy Buds 4 are still unclear for now.
At this stage, the leak mainly focuses on design renders, and Samsung has not officially confirmed any specs or final materials. More clarity is expected during Samsung’s next Unpacked event, which is likely to happen in early 2026.
Expected launch date
Samsung hasn’t officially announced a launch date yet. But going by the report, the Galaxy Buds 4 lineup could launch alongside the Samsung Galaxy S26 series on February 26, 2026.
If that happens, it would follow Samsung’s usual pattern of unveiling new Galaxy devices and accessories together—meaning an official reveal may not be too far away.
