The adventure motorcycle segment continues to gain momentum in India, and 2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year with several all-new and long-awaited ADV launches. From affordable middleweights to more hardcore off-road machines, here are the top five adventure bikes we’re most excited about in 2026.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 750
The Himalayan 750 will mark Royal Enfield’s entry into the middleweight ADV space and debut its all-new 750cc platform. Positioned as a touring-focused adventure bike, it is expected to remain relatively affordable while offering strong highway performance.
Power is likely to come from a reworked twin-cylinder engine producing around 55bhp and 60–65Nm. The bike is expected to make its global debut at EICMA 2026, with an India launch likely around Motoverse 2026.
BMW F 450 GS
BMW’s most affordable adventure bike for India, the F 450 GS, is finally expected to arrive in early 2026 after earlier delays. It will sit below the F 850 GS and target riders looking for premium branding at a more accessible price point.
The bike uses a 420cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine producing 48bhp and 43Nm. With multiple variants and accessories on offer, prices are expected to start at around Rs. 4.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
KTM 390 Adventure R
KTM has confirmed the launch of the 390 Adventure R, a more off-road-focused version of the existing 390 Adventure. It will feature longer-travel suspension, revised ergonomics, and improved trail capability.
Aimed at riders who want serious off-road performance without moving to a larger engine, the 390 Adventure R is expected to be priced slightly higher than the Adventure S, around Rs. 4 lakh (ex-showroom).
Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr
The Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr is another ADV that has been delayed but is now expected to reach India by February 2026. After international ride impressions, the bike has impressed with its balanced handling and feature-rich package.
It is likely to be positioned as a premium middleweight ADV, with an expected price of around Rs. 5.6 lakh (ex-showroom).
CFMoto 450MT
The CFMoto 450MT has been on the radar for some time and is expected to finally launch after completing E20 fuel compliance. Known for its rugged styling and strong performance, it could offer solid value in the competitive mid-capacity ADV segment.
With an expected price of around Rs. 4 lakh (ex-showroom), the 450MT will go up against rivals like the BMW F 450 GS and Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr.
